By accessing or using ReachGlob ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

ReachGlob is an email marketing and campaign management platform. The Service includes email campaign creation and sending, marketing automation, email tracking and analytics, contact management, AI-powered content generation, and CRM pipeline management.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it current.

ReachGlob offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro ($29/month), and Enterprise ($99/month). Each plan has specific feature limits as described on our Pricing page.

Plan changes take effect immediately. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
• Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Send emails containing malicious content, phishing attempts, or fraudulent material
• Harvest or collect email addresses without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

All emails sent through ReachGlob must comply with applicable anti-spam laws. This includes:

• Including a valid physical mailing address in every email
• Providing a clear and working unsubscribe mechanism
• Honoring unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
• Using accurate "From" and "Subject" headers
• Only sending to recipients who have given consent

We take data privacy seriously. Your contact data, campaign content, and account information are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service. We do not use your data for training AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service.

API access is available to Pro and Enterprise plan users. API keys are confidential and should be treated as passwords. You are responsible for all API calls made with your keys.

Rate limits apply: 100 requests per minute for Pro plans, 500 for Enterprise. Exceeding limits may result in temporary access restrictions.

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is the intellectual property of ReachGlob. Templates generated by our AI tools are licensed for your use but remain subject to these terms.

ReachGlob is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or email delivery failures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
